​At LocalGov Staffing Solutions, we stand behind our direct hire placements with a comprehensive candidate guarantee to ensure the best fit for your organization.

If a candidate placed by our firm resigns or is terminated for performance-related reasons within 30 days of their start date, we will provide one replacement candidate at no additional cost within 60 days of the employee’s departure. If we are unable to successfully provide a replacement, we will issue a refund, minus a fee of up to $2,500 to cover recruiter time and sourcing efforts throughout the process.

Exclusions:

• Layoffs, downsizing, or position elimination by the employer.

• Significant changes to the candidate’s role, compensation, or work environment.

• Misconduct or policy violations by the employer leading to candidate resignation.

• Personal reasons unrelated to job performance (e.g., relocation, family emergencies).​

• Valid for Full Service Recruitment candidates where LGSS is involved in the entire recruitment process through placement. Not valid for partial services (ex. Outreach only).
