Meet with the client to understand hiring needs. This includes defining job requirements such as:

LGSS will review or develop a job description and ideal candidate profile.

​Outreach to active and passive candidates is conducted, referrals and industry connections are leveraged.​

Email

Campaign

LGSS will launch an email campaign using our proprietary database of public and private sector professionals. We refine the list based on job criteria and client feedback, then send targeted emails announcing the opening and inviting applications.

Candidates

LGSS takes a comprehensive approach to candidate outreach.. Beyond advertising and email campaigns, we personally reach out via phone, email, and text to engage both active and passive job seekers. We also follow up with interested candidates, answering questions to ease the client’s workload.​

LGSS will review resumes and applications, conduct phone or video screenings to assess skills, experience, and fit. Optional assessments, such as technical skills or personality tests, may be administered.

​LGSS will submit top candidates to the client and coordinate interviews, either via video or in-person. Feedback is gathered from both the client and candidates.​

Including verifying references, employment history, education, and conducting any necessary background checks (Criminal, SS# Verification, DL History, Bankruptcies, Liens & Judgements), drug testing (optional), and other compliance-related screenings.

LGSS can assists with salary and benefits negotiations, ensuring alignment between client and candidate expectations, and presenting a formal job offer.​

Position will be advertised with relevant online career centers and organizations.

Follow-Up

Assisting with new hire paperwork and onboarding coordination, checking in with the new hire and client during the first few weeks to ensure a smooth transition, and offering ongoing support if needed.​
