Why LocalGov Staffing Solutions (LGSS)?
Simply put—I have a passion for staffing, local government, and a deep commitment to helping people.
After years of working closely with local government clients nationwide, I’ve noticed a recurring challenge: staffing gaps that traditional hiring methods just can’t solve. Some agencies need help with advertising but don’t know where to start, while others want pre-screened, qualified candidates without the burden of outreach.
